Welcome to the Year Six web page. In the final year of primary school, children at our school are given extra responsibilities and are treated as role-models to the rest of the school. Y6 children rise to the challenge and help to organise whole-school events, prepare for assemblies, run sporting events and set a good example to the younger children. They will also buddy up with a Reception child to help them settle into our school.

Year Six is an exciting year, where our aim is to make sure that most children are secondary school ready by the end of the year. It's also a fun year, with exciting events such as the Y6 residential, end of year production and many other enrichment activities.
